You can obtain full academic attire for your graduation from the following suppliers:

• The 糖心vlog官网 reserves the right to prohibit entry into the graduation venue should graduands show up with attires which are not as per 糖心vlog官网approved graduation attires.
• Graduands are strongly advised to purchase their graduation attires from the above recommended suppliers.

• Kindly note that all recommended suppliers will set-up as from 25 March for Southern Campus, 02 April for Katima, Rundu, & Northern Campuses, and 07 April for Windhoek Campuses for graduands to purchase their attires.

As a graduate, you have the option to receive your qualifications in praesentia (in person) or in absentia (remotely). If you choose to attend the Graduation Ceremony in person, please take note of the following:

• All graduands and their guests are requested to be seated by 07:30 for the 08:00 session(s) and 13:30 for 14:00 session(s). Please note that once venues doors are closed, they will only be opened after the eremony. Please be on time.
• Cell phones ARE ALLOWED in the graduation venue
• There will be an official photographer present during the ceremony proceedings
• Both guests and graduands must be seated 30 minutes before the ceremony starts
• The procedures for the Graduation Ceremony are explained in the attached annexure
• No children under the age of twelve (12) are allowed
• Your qualification will be conferred at the Graduation Ceremony of 2025 on the date and venue indicated above
• Please note that only two (2) guests per graduate are allowed, and you are kindly requested to arrive at the venue 1 hour and 30 minutes before the ceremony's commencement for logistical reasons
• International students who prefer to receive their qualifications remotely can contact the International Students Office via email at sgaes@unam.na
